0186(1) No individual care plan for child with peanut allergy and epipen. 0186(2) Expired epipen for peanut allergy was sent home and the center doesn't have a replacement and the child is in attendance. Expired epipen for pistachio allergy. Center is contacting parents regrading expired epipen.
